Suuuuure it’s just an eye.
Penthouse, not known for being subtle, decided Bulgaria of all places would be a great media market for this outstanding addition to marketing history. I’m sure they were shocked… SHOCKED, when the people of Sophia objected. I mean really, if you see anything other than a puffy, bloodshot, color-corrected woman’s eye turned sideways with the lashes and eyebrow removed, then you’re just grasping at straws.
