How do you build culture?

Here’s an interesting video by Sid Lee about how you build a culture that people want to be a part of. I find a lot of agencies are content to let their culture build itself – they’ve got no vision as to what they’re hoping to end up with and no plan to go about it. This goes to show that it takes work.

I’ve never liked this type of approach. It’s always struck me as just another way for agencies and/or clients to get a lot of hard work out of eager young talent, with little or no money invested.
