Advertising – three people at a time.



Jelly Helm came across this rather interesting – and labor-intensive – method of advertising while in Buenos Aires. At an intersection, three guys holding signs would walk out into the crosswalk and display them to the drivers waiting at the light. I guess whatever works, right? They’ve certainly got a captive audience.

I can see the ad opportunities now. Travel agencies wondering if you’d rather be on a beach than in this traffic. Radio stations saying you should be listening to their music rather than reading this ad. Mobile phone companies reminding people to call and say they’ll be late because they missed this light. the ideas go on and on…
