OhMyGod – like, Chuck is sooooo rad.


Back in the day, I spent a couple of years working on the Schwab account and they had a group of people who reviewed every single thing we did to make sure it was the appropriate Schwab tone. After seeing the new Talk to Chuck work, I’m assuming that group is no longer there.

Really Schwab? This is what you do to liven up a long-running campaign? Skittle-ize the color scheme and change your tone to that of a 13-year-old girl watching American Idol? Sorry, but I would never trust my money to someone who asked if I was “Ready to Rule?”.
