More sleep = better creatives.


Creatives certainly aren’t known for sleeping. If anything, we’re up all night coming up with ideas or working on a project. But recent science actually suggests that the more you sleep, the more your brain primes your creativity pump.

I found both to be absolutely fascinating and the second post has got me thinking about sleeping with a notepad by my bed. It sounds so clichĂ©, but apparently during shuteye is when your brain is at it’s creative best.

The best part is that now, on the weekends when I want to sleep in, I can just tell my wife that I’m working.
