Our concept is a smart-ass blanket.


Man I wish I could have been in the room when Venables Bell + Partners presented this spot to Chef Boyardee.

“So there’s this talking blanket, that’s kind of a smart-ass…”

I mean, I love the spot. For something as potentially boring as canned ravioli, they certainly came up with something original and creative. And better yet, everything – even the weird blanket – ties back to the concept and the strategy (which I wish all ads could claim). It’s really a nice piece of work.

Now if I can only figure out how they sold it to the client.
